Here you will the basics regarding my schedule for the near term. Keep in mind that I tend to stay booked out as far as 4 – 6 weeks in advance. I only see a certain number of clients at any one time, and it is not uncommon for me to go for several months without an opening for new clients. Please understand that my unavailability is no reflection upon you, but rather my way of maintaining exclusivity as well as my own personal sanity. For security purposes, I am no longer be publishing my daily calendar, but provide the following general outline of what the next few months look like for me.
NOTE: At the moment, I am not accepting ANY new clients, UNLESS you are referred to me by one of my current clients or another provider whom I trust (contact me if you have one in mind). Keep your eye on this section for updates on this. I apologize for any inconvenience.
For the Fall Semester (August – December, 2009), I will be unavailable on all Tuesdays and Thursdays due to classes, except for school holidays. For most other days, I will be available to see clients at any time of the day given sufficient notice. Though it is rare, I occasionally have an unanticipated opening. And while it might be unlikely that I could accommodate a short-notice appointment request, you might get lucky, so give it a shot. I’d rather have a short-notice appointment than none at all on most days.
I will not be seeing clients during the following upcoming time periods:
December 22 through January 3rd.
For the upcoming Spring Semester, these dates are unavailable:
The week of January 25th (classes start)
May 17th – May 23rd (Finals and Commencement)
There’ll be an announcement at some point this Spring about future plans. I will likely be moving from San Francisco the week after graduation and will no longer be seeing clients after the 19th. Specifics will be coming shortly.
When you submit your appointment request, specify the dates/times you’d like to see me in the usual place, but indicate in the special requests field any alternate dates that would also work for you (or I’ll contact you via e-mail if you’d prefer). I tend to stay booked as far as a month or so out, so it is important that you provide me with as many possibilities as you can accommodate.
